    MKN-CG-050 is supplied as a nanoscale graphite powder for industrial, laboratory and formulation assessment where a fine graphite material is needed. Final suitability must be verified for the intended formulation, processing method and operating conditions.

    Safety, Handling and Storage

    Store graphite nanopowder in a firmly closed container in a dry, well-ventilated environment. Avoid creating dust or aerosols, do not breathe airborne material, and keep it off the skin and out of the eyes. Provide sufficient exhaust ventilation wherever dust may be generated.

    Wear appropriate gloves and safety eyewear while handling. Where a risk assessment indicates respiratory protection is needed, the SDS refers to an N95 (US) or P1 (EN 143) type particle respirator.

    Transport

    The current SDS classifies the material as not dangerous goods for transport under DOT, IMDG and IATA. This transport status does not remove the need for the respiratory, skin and eye precautions above.
